This week's topic is to introduce yourself and to share you goals and what you want to accomplish.
I am Anna, otherwise known as Sweet, Southern & Sassy. I'm in my early 20's and live in beautiful SC. I work in marketing, fundraising and PR. I love what I do and the challenges I have in my career. My PC (my boyfriend for those of you who don't know), family and friends mean the world to me! I love volunteering and serving at my church, in Junior League and various other organizations. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with PC, my family and friends, reading, shopping, organizing, running, and just enjoying my life.
My goals for the month:
- Run 50 miles
- Upper body workouts twice per week (or 10 times during March)
- Lower body workouts twice per week (or 10 times during March)
- Eat more fruits and vegetables every day
I like how you broke down you goals to 10 times in March. It seems so much more doable. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGreat goals! I printed out some strength training exercises yesterday, and put them up on my bulletin board at work. I brought my weights in and I'm going to try to sneak them in during lunch breaks. No excuses anymore for me! :)
