Chickfila, Football, and Waterfalls

I hope you've each had a good start to 2011!  Last Thursday, we went to Georgia to visit PC's grandparents for a few days and to watch the Carolina Gamecocks play against Florida State in the Chickfila Bowl.  Even though the game didn't go as we would have liked, we had a great time and enjoyed delicious meals from PC's Meme.

On Friday, we went to Atlanta for the game after a Meme-made breakfast.  We parked right beside the Georgia Dome and walked over to the CNN Center for lunch.  After eating Chickfila (what else?), we walked through the Congress Center to the Fan Fest and looked around and watched the team walk.

Before heading back yesterday, we drove around PC's Meme's town, Toccoa.  Paul Anderson, the strongest man in the world, and the Toccoa Falls are both in her home town.

Don't you love the self-portrait?  In front of the Paul Anderson statue.
